Are your items authentic?
Yes! Everything we sell is purchased directly from designers, retailers or trusted wholesalers.
How do I know if shoe is true to size?
Sizing often varies between designers. Please refer to designer's website for more specific sizing information.
Are measurements available?
We supply some measurements, but because of our low prices we are unable to list all measurements. Listed measurements are approximates and vary by size.
Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping?
Yes! Please place all items into your cart before checking out to ensure the shipping discount is applied. If the discount is not applied because of checking out separately we will not issue a price adjustment.
How much is shipping for my order?
Shipping rates are listed on the eBay shipping page.
Do you accept returns?
Display and used shoes are deeply discounted and are not eligible for returns. New shoes are eligible for returns within 30 days of deliver. Please refer to Shipping and Payments tab on the product's page to see whether or not an item is eligible for return.
